You may arrive after 4pm and before 8pm and check out time is 10am. Please let us know if you would like to arrive or depart outside of these times and we will do our best to accommodate you.
When you arrive
On arrival at Cosy Under Canvas please park in the car park and load your luggage into the large wheelbarrows provided. Follow the signs or use the map provided on our website to locate your dome. If you are unsure of which dome you are staying in please pop up the track to the house or see one of us in the woods to ask for assistance.
When you have found your dome unpack and make yourselves at home, read the arrival info in the dome and explore the site or make a cuppa! Myself or one of my colleagues will come round the site regularly between 4pm and 8pm to have a chat, answer any questions and offer help with firelighting etc.

Check out is strictly 10.00am. Please settle any outstanding balances before you leave.
You can use the wheelbarrows provided to load up your car before you leave and please let us know if you would like any help transporting your luggage.

To make it really easy we've created a selection of Cosy Cook Pots, delicious meals that we've tried and tested and are easy to cook over the fire or on the hobs. We'll shop locally for all the tasty ingredients and let you have them in exactly the right quantities ready to cook yourselves. Armed with these and detailed preparation and cooking instructions you can't fail to cook up a campfire storm. From £15 for a 2 person veggie option. Please ask for more details.
Or pre order delicious breakfast in bed to be delivered direct to your door on a morning of your stay. These tasty hampers are packed full of warm croissants, butter and home made jam plus home made granola, Welsh yoghurt, fruit, fresh juice and milk. Add a locally roasted fresh coffee to kick the day off to a fine start! £20 for 2 people and £35 for 4.

Travelling by public transport?
The nearest train station is Hereford and you can get a bus from the bus station nearby to Hay on Wye.
While you are here you can walk along the Offas Dyke path into Hay on Wye or have bikes delivered by Drovers Cycles and explore the surrounding countryside.
